Eray Alan creates digital products.

For fun, he creates things like this:

And for Accenture Song, where he works as a Senior Product Design Director, he creates complex products for highly regulated financial institutions. He is also part of the studio management team, focusing on craft quality and business development.

Currently, he is creating an AI Assistant for a retirement record-keeping company: working out how a model should reason about someone's retirement accounts, when a human has to stay in the loop, and how to tell whether an answer is accurate, safe, and useful. Building AI products inside that much regulation is a hard problem he enjoys.

He can't say much about his professional work publicly, but if you have the password, there's an overview behind this link 🔒

He thinks soon we'll all just call ourselves Product Creators. Lately he plays a hybrid role of product manager, researcher, and designer, and thanks to Claude Code, Codex, and Kiro, he's started forming opinions on architectural decisions and contributing to code.

Also, writing about himself in the third person makes him feel strange.
