Eray Alan creates digital products.

For fun, he creates things like this:

And for Accenture Song, where he works as a Senior Product Design Director, he creates complex products for highly regulated financial institutions. He is also part of the studio management team, focusing on craft quality and business development.

Currently, he is creating an AI Assistant for a retirement record-keeping company, working through how a model should reason about someone's retirement accounts, where humans must stay in the loop, and how to evaluate whether responses are accurate, safe, and useful. Creating AI products in highly regulated environments is a tough challenge he enjoys.

He can't talk about his professional work a lot but, if you have the password, you can find an overview in this link 🔒

Most recently he plays a hybrid role between a product manager, researcher, and designer. Thanks to Claude Code & Codex, he started to have opinions on architectural decisions and contribute to code. He thinks soon we'll just call ourselves Product Creators.

Also, writing about himself in the third person makes him feel strange.
